PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Here at START we do things differently because every athlete is different. Our 1:1 Sessions cater 100% to the athlete and the athlete's specific needs. Before we start sessions personal training clients receive a free consultation to custom design a program just for you. Price and duration of the sessions depends based on the trainer's rate and what is needed for the client.

START PERFORMANCE GROUP

This class offers a new and exciting approach to your sports training. We developed our group sessions from drills and lessons used by the elite to prepare athletes for any sport performance. START Performance focuses on mobility, power, and muscular endurance which are crucial to an athlete's execution in competition. Not only we work on these skills as a group but we also educate on why we do the exercises and how it is crucial they are for all around health.

SWIM SPECIFIC SESSIONS

Swim Specific Sessions are a great choice to improve your athletic performance. Through a strategic mix of theoretical lessons and practical sessions, individuals become comfortable with their body in the water. Sessions can be at the gym or in the water! If you’re looking to elevate your technique, START is for you.
